ive only heard of a couple of those songs but next time i listen to my Ipod i will be sure to look for songs that would sound good on the soundtrack

I know what you mean! I can never have enough songs to listen to when it comes to like fanmixes, I've found a tonne people made for The Mortal Instruments Series ( I guess it's not a trilogy anymore technically lol) and I love them!

I've got a fanmix for Derek, kinda using songs to describe his feelings for Chloe, but some of the songs probably only make sense to me, or are on there cause I smile when I think of Derek listening to that song haha and some are about how Derek thinks he's a monster or they might be there because they remind me of Derek, just that simply.

So I just call it Darkest Powers : Derek Mix <3

Wow, that's a LOT of songs. I've heard some of them and they really do go!

I only listen to ONE song when I'm reading Darkest Powers: Collide by Howie Day. For me it's perfect for Derek and Chloe. I can't imagine it from only one of the character's pov, so it swaps between Chloe and Derek.
